Any access, use or purchase of the items sold by OBJECTS OF OUR LIVES, LLC(also referred to as objectsofourlives.com) signifies your consent to the following terms and conditions.
We, as OBJECTS OF OUR LIVES, LLC, will not accept any returns delivered to us without written communication and agreement prior your return. Before you take any actions concerning this matter, please contact us at hello@objectsofourlives to notify us of the nature of your query.
Payments & Charges
We accept major credit cards (American Express, Visa, and MasterCard) as payment and PayPal. **Please note: Registration with PayPal is NOT required**. Orders from USA are subject to state and/or local sales tax where applicable. All orders from Canada are subject to GST (5% tax) charges.
OBJECTS OF OUR LIVES, LLC reserves the right to amend prices of the products sold on the site at any time. Although our objective is to provide with you an accurate and correct pricing on our website, there may be some unintended mistake (s). In case of such mistakes, we will notify you via email before the product (s) are shipped to you.
Please note that shipping charges are not included in the price of the product(s).
Also note that shipping charges are basically calculated by the size of your order in total weight and taxes on shipping in accordance with State policies.
OBJECTS OF OUR LIVES, LLC will initiate your online order within 24-48 hours of upon receiving your request on weekdays, assuming that all items are in stock.
Please note that in some case, product(s) on our website may be oversold. All backorder items will be ready to ship as we receive them and therefore items ordered together may not always be shipped together. We will contact and inform you if any of your items are back ordered in case changes are needed to made.
Orders will also be accepted via email for all merchandise. When an order is placed on objectsofourlives.com, you will receive an email confirming your order and the billing details of the order once the payment is processed and confirmed. The order acceptance will be when the funds have been received and the product(s) have been shipped to you. It’s important to be aware of the fact that when, in some cases, items of heavy weight or irregular size are ordered, some additional shipping charges may occur. In these cases, customers will be notified via email and asked to pay additional shipping and handling charges.
When ordering products from OBJECTS OF OUR LIVES, LLC via www.objectsofourlives.com for international deliveries, please be advised that you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. In these circumstances, OBJECTS OF OUR LIVES, LLC is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs/duties . Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and OBJECTS OF OUR LIVES, LLC cannot estimate the value of what these charges may be. For more information on customs and excise policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.
As a general policy, OBJECTS OF OUR LIVES, LLC ships all the orders via USPS on Mondays. The shipping options and cost of your order will be outlined at the time of checkout. You may track your order via the USPS website after your order has been processed and dispatched. Following the shipping of your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.

Returns and Exchanges
Returns or Exchanges may be done within 15 days from purchase date. We kindly ask that all valid returns must be in unused and well-maintained condition with the tags and packaging. As noted above, OBJECTS OF OUR LIVES, LLC will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and valid Return Authorization Number. Upon our inspection and approval, Exchange or Store Credit will be provided.
We apply No Refunds. All sale and discounted items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. OBJECTS OF OUR LIVES, LLC does not accept or resume any responsibility for loss of or damage to returned goods while in transit from the customer. Please note that all charges incurred as the result of an exchange or return (i.e. shipping, duties, and taxes) is the our customer’s responsibility. In the case of an exchange our customer(s) will be required to pay an additional re-shipping fee and re-stocking fee. These fees will vary on a per item basis. If any matters of liability arise, the matter will be dealt with and settled betweenOBJECTS OF OUR LIVES, LLC and the customer directly.
Lost or Damaged Items
With these terms and conditions, our customers understand and agree that OBJECTS OF OUR LIVES, LLC shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any of the services we provide. All items are purchased at our customer’s risk. Any damage caused from shipping is to be taken up by our customers with the shipping company. OBJECTS OF OUR LIVES, LLC will provide our customers with the tracking number and contact information for the shipping company as needed. Once this information is provided to our customers, it is our customers’ responsibility to contact and deal with the shipping company. Please note that international orders may be shipped via regular airmail and often do not come with a tracking number. We do not assume any responsibility for lost packages.

For international deliveries, you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, OBJECTS OF OUR LIVES, LLC is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs/duties whatsoever. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and OBJECTS OF OUR LIVES, LLC cannot estimate the value of what these charges may be. For further information on custom and excise policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.
We do our best to ensure that all orders and packages are delivered in a timely manner, however, please note that shipping times may change according to the final destination. Once a package is shipped, OBJECTS OF OUR LIVES, LLC has no control over how long it will take to arrive. We also have no control over whether or not your package is delayed in your country’s customs office. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment for these reasons.
OBJECTS OF OUR LIVES, LLC will also be shipping orders via other carriers (UPS, DHL, FedEx) on a special request basis. Please contact us via email at email@example.com to arrange for this kind of special shipment carriers.
At this time, we are unable to accommodate returns on international orders. All import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Buyer assumes full liability for the package as soon as it is handed to the courier service. If package is refused or returned undeliverable, no credit will be issued by Pachute.
